Whenever someone has a birthday it's creates a perfectly good excuse to have a girls night out. Thanks Ligia for being born because GNO was wonderful. We went to a tapas restaurant in Bethesda which was wonderful. I think only two out of the seven of us had had tapas before. It was seriously good.
After dinner we hit Georgetown Cupcake. That we the perfect way to end girls night.
