Easter Weekend

In between Seth's birthday party and his actual birthday was Easter.  Growing up we always did our Easter egg hunt on Easter with my cousins, but with our kids we've switched it to Saturday.  I like that it's more casual and separating the Easter bunny from Easter sunday.  Most of the week before Easter we rainy.  Outside was pretty soggy.  We were doing our hunt with the Cleaves.  The weather was supposed to be rainy all saturday so we postponed to monday.  Then last minute the sun came out on saturday so Shelly and I figured everything was ready so we decided to move it back to saturday.  It worked out perfectly.  The ground was a little soggy, but that didn't cause any problems.  The boys had a great time and ended up with a ton of sugar.

We are so happy the Cleaves live right up the street and have a house of boys.  It makes getting together for things quite easy.

Sunday of course consisted of the Easter outfits.  It was so nice being able to add a dress to the mix.  Girls Easter clothes are so much cuter.

It was nap time and Andelyne wasn't so happy.  She did cheer up though.
